Items needed: heat press of your choice, white uncoated butcher paper, or card stock (or printer paper in a pinch) to protect heat press platen/matt from any ink pass through(blow out), heat resistant tape
a. Put card stock/butcher paper on the bottom/matt
b. Put substrate on top of that, then pre-heat material for 5 seconds at 400 degrees Fahrenheit to remove any moisture
c. Add print on top of substrate, face down and tape down with the heat resistant tape to help keep the print still to prevent ghosting
d. Add more butcher paper to top of substrate
e. press the print onto a polyester substrate, Press design for 60 seconds at 400 degrees Fahrenheit, you can remove the butcher paper but leave the print alone for a few minutes to cool down a little to help prevent ghosting - cooling down, going from a gaseous state to solid state
